OUR FOUNDERS
W:RLD was founded by Lucas Yong, Wayne Lin, Roger Poon and Priscilla Lai, a team whose combined expertise spans design, garment engineering, branding, business strategy and operations. At the heart of the brand is Lucas Yong, the creative force behind W:RLD. With more than 20 years of experience across brand communications in Asia and Europe, Lucas brings a rare perspective that bridges aesthetics with cultural storytelling. Having studied fashion design in Milan and built a distinguished career working with global luxury and lifestyle brands, W:RLD represents a return to his earliest passion: creating clothing that reflects how modern men truly live and move.
Complementing this vision are Wayne Lin, a second-generation garment manufacturer from Taiwan who leads fabric innovation and product engineering; Roger Poon, who contributes business strategy and development; and Priscilla Lai, who oversees operations and management, ensuring the brand’s direction is translated into sustainable growth.
