Welcome to W:RLD. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products through www.wrldmen.com and any related services. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the W:RLD website or authorised sales channels.

W:RLD reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

W:RLD strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Colours may appear slightly different due to monitor settings

• Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances

• Fabric composition and care instructions should always be followed

W:RLD reserves the right to modify product designs, materials, and specifications without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be revised without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit / Debit Cards

• PayNow

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

W:RLD reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• Payment verification failure

• Pricing or product listing errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Inventory unavailability

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping timelines depend on the destination and courier partner.

Estimated delivery times:

Singapore

• 2–5 working days

International

• 5–14 working days

For overseas shipping: spend a minimum of SGD$650 to enjoy free shipping internationally. Otherwise, shipping fees of SGD$80 applies for all shipments internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information

• Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments

W:RLD is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or force majeure events.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to request an exchange or return:

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Each item may only be exchanged once.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

• Socks

• Undergarments

• Accessories

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service

W:RLD is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.

Once returned items are received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect items shipped

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Provide:

If the defect is confirmed, W:RLD will:

• Replace the item, or

• Issue a full refund including shipping costs

Promotional campaigns, discount codes, and offers may be subject to additional terms.

W:RLD reserves the right to:

• Modify or withdraw promotions at any time

• Cancel orders where promotions have been misused or abused

Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

All content on the W:RLD website including:

• Logos

• Images

• Designs

• Text

• Product designs

are the intellectual property of W:RLD and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, W:RLD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

W:RLD’s liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from purchases or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

• How to Exercise Your Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by using the electronic "Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)" function available in the footer of our website. This digital form provides a structured, two-step confirmation process that complies with EU Directive 2023/2673.

• Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

• Return Costs: You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have explicitly agreed to bear them or failed to inform you that you are required to bear them.

• Exceptions: Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, such as sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., specific undergarments or socks).
